Adele is the BEST! I’ve worked with a number of trainers after signing onto gym memberships, but none of them gave me the incentive I needed to look at the totality of a healthy lifestyle like Adele did. She is more than a certified trainer with weights and other equipment, but also a coach who is a cheerleader for healthy habits to support all the exercises you’re doing. None of that “in your face preaching” either! Adele models the lifestyle she teaches. Along the way she’s shared books she’s read about nutrition that were particularly helpful and her encouragement and check-ins go way beyond normal training in a gym. She develops relationships with people she works with and beyond the significant progress I made I realized I was also calling her a friend. Sure she has all the requisite skills necessary for a top level trainer. She understands human body mechanics and has the knowledge needed to work with the individual’s specific needs. She carefully assesses and continues to throughout the training process. Adele creates specific training goal plans according to the needs of the individual and makes the needed changes along the way. And, of course, she carefully demonstrates all the moves. But on a very personal note, Adele changed my idea of human potential and aging. She made me realize that I could gain more strength and agility than I thought possible. At age 70 she had me deadlifting 120lbs! Now that didn’t happen overnight and I believe Adele mainly wanted to demonstrate that it was possible. I had the pleasure of receiving an Ayurvedic Massage from Adele and I could not recommend it more! Adele is a conscious practitioner who creates an inclusive environment where I felt safe to be vulnerable. This particular type of massage was a detox massage, so she encouraged me to let go of anything that was weighing on me at the time. I felt very comfortable to release the things that no longer served me on an emotional level as she worked with my body on physical and energetic levels. Afterwards I felt much more grounded, present in my body, and ready to face the challenges ahead of me. I am so grateful for Adele and the space she held for me during this massage. Thank you Adele!

Working with Adele has been the best change I have ever made to my work out plan. In the first 8 weeks of training with her I lost 20lbs and now months later I am still losing weight and noticing huge changes in my body compositon. This is because Adele encourages you to pay attention to your nutrition, sleep, and overall wellbeing as well as always meeting you with a big smile and an exciting new workout. She makes the program so easy to follow and fun. We are constantly changing our routines and incorporating new movements and habits (tracking my macronutrients, prioritizing 8 hours of sleep a night). This is the best my body has felt in years; I am the strongest I’ve ever been and have increased my range of motion in all exercises. Adele does an amazing job building you up into each exercise and health habit, never starting you off with more than you could handle.
